At Longevus Well, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. This policy outlines our returns and refunds process.
Our policy lasts 30 days.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 calendar days after the date you received your order.
If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging, with all tags intact (if applicable).
Non-returnable items:

Gift cards.

Health and personal care items, or intimate goods.

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance".
3. How to Start a Return ("Change of Mind")
If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, please follow these steps:

Email us at info@longevuswell.com with the subject line "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]".

In the email, please include the reason for your return and confirm the item meets the eligibility conditions.

Our support team will respond within 2 business days with instructions and the return address. Please do not send your item back to the original sender (supplier).
Important: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We inspect all orders, but errors can happen. If you received an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Email us at info@longevuswell.com with the subject line "Damaged Item - Order #[Your Order Number]".

Include a clear description of the issue and photos or a video showing the damage or the incorrect item.
Once we verify the issue, we will offer you one of the following solutions at no cost to you:

A replacement of the item.

A full refund to your original payment method.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our returns facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
6. Orders Lost in Transit
We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time. However, if you have not received your order after 40 business days from the shipping date, please contact us at info@longevuswell.com.
We will launch an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed to be lost in transit, we will offer you a free reshipment of the order or a full refund.
