At Longevus Well, we strive to provide a clear and transparent shopping experience. We operate with a business model that allows us to offer you a wide range of products at competitive prices by working with international partners and suppliers.

Please read our shipping policy carefully before making your purchase.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and forwarded to our supplier within 3 to 5 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped from our partner's warehouse.

2. Shipping Times

Because our products are shipped directly from our international warehouse partners (primarily located in Asia), shipping times are longer than domestic shipping.

  • Our standard estimated shipping time for orders to Australia is 15 to 30 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

These timeframes are estimates. While most packages arrive within this window, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as high-demand periods (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday), weather events, or customs processing delays in Australia.

3. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress.

Please note, it may take 3 to 5 business days for the tracking information to become active in the shipping carrier's system after you receive your shipping notification email.

4. Shipping Costs and Taxes (GST)

  • Shipping Costs: Applicable shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

  • Taxes (GST):  Prices shown on our website are inclusive of the 10% Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax).

  • Import Duties: For most low-value orders in Australia, no additional import duties are applied. However, the customer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by Australian Customs.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at the time of purchase. Longevus Well is not responsible for lost or returned packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you noticed an error in your address, please contact us at Droplongevus@gmail.com  within 12 hours of placing the order to attempt a correction before it is processed.
